Release 1.2.0

This is the first general release for A212:

SparseIQ – raw data, available in both SDK and Exploration Tool
Heat maps – conventional, CAPON, robust CAPON and coherent. Available in both SDK and Exploration Tool
Motion detection – A basic motion detector that reports all objects moving. Available in both SDK and Exploration Tool
Presence tracking – Advanced presence detection that track and count humans. We aim to filter out multi-path detections in order to avoid ghost detections. Available only in Exploration Tool.
